Terms and Conditions – Copyshop FFM, Frankfurt

1. Scope
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our website and all services provided by Copyshop FFM.
1.2 By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions.

2. Conclusion of Contract
2.1 The display of products on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer.
2.2 By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the selected products.
2.3 The contract is concluded upon confirmation via email or delivery of the goods.

3. Prices and Payment
3.1 All prices are in Euro (€) and include statutory VAT unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Payment must be made in advance using the offered payment methods.
3.3 In the event of delayed payment, we reserve the right to charge default interest according to § 288 BGB.

4. Delivery and Shipping
4.1 Delivery times are indicative and start after receipt of payment and order confirmation.
4.2 Partial deliveries are permissible if they are reasonable for the customer.
4.3 Risk of accidental loss or damage of the goods passes to the customer upon handover to the shipping company.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
5.1 Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons (except for custom-made or personalized products).
5.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us in writing.
5.3 Costs for return shipment are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

6. Warranty and Liability
6.1 We are liable for defects in accordance with statutory provisions.
6.2 Liability for minor negligence is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages.
6.3 Custom-made printing products are generally excluded from the right of withdrawal.

7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All designs, images, and texts remain the property of Copyshop FFM unless otherwise agreed.
7.2 The customer must ensure that uploaded content does not infringe the rights of third parties.

8. Data Protection
8.1 Customer data will be processed according to our Privacy Policy.
8.2 Personal data is used solely for order processing and legal obligations.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
9.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
9.2 The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is Frankfurt am Main, Germany, provided the customer is a merchant, legal entity under public law, or public law special fund.

10. Final Provisions
10.1 Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
10.2 Changes or amendments must be in writing to be effective.
